Frequently asked Questions
The best way to clean a bottle with a straw would be by starting to remove the straw, lid, and any detachable parts. Fill a sink or bowl with warm water and a few drops of dish soap. Next, soak the bottle, straw, and lid parts for 10–15 minutes. Using a straw cleaner push it through the straw several times while rinsing under warm water. Ensure you do this from both sides to clean thoroughly. If you have one, use a bottle brush to clean the inside of the bottle, and pay extra attention to the crevices and the thread of the bottle. If you do not have a bottle brush, read our guide to help clean your bottle.

You should clean your bottles with straws daily. If you have added juice, milk or smoothies, or you have used it during a workout or outdoors, it is recommended that you wash your bottle immediately after each use.
For health and safety reason, foods and liquids should not be left in the container for longer than 24 hours, as the contents can spoil.
