Returns Policy

Decor uses only the finest quality materials for its products.

Decor will replace any product showing a manufacturing defect with the same or equivalent product if it is returned to Decor with proof of purchase.

This does not cover things such as normal wear and tear and damage due to misuse, or consequential damage.

Replacement requests must be accompanied by a photo of the item and packaging with proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return or an exchange of replacement parts purchased on decor.com.au please ensure the replacement part is undamaged and unused. 

Decor is not responsible for returns until they have been delivered to and inspected by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse your return if your item does not meet the returns criteria.


If there is an issue with your order upon arrival please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on decor.com.au. We recommend products purchased from other retail outlets to be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.

For our trade customers we allow return of goods within 3 months of the order as long as they are in a saleable condition. We do not charge a restocking fee however return shipping will not be reimbursed.
