Steamed White Fish

Serves 4.

Preparation time 2 minutes. Cooking time about 5 minutes (Timing will vary according to the type of fish and thickness of fillets.)

We used the Tellfresh® Microsafe® 2.1 litre oblong storer with steaming rack.

Use any medium-textured white fish fillet, each about 100 grams.

Put steaming rack in storer. Add 1/3 cup water, ½ teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Place fish on rack.
Season top of fish with salt and pepper. Put lid on storer with red vent open.

Microwave on high for about 5 minutes. Remove from microwave
Let rest for 3 minutes.

Juices underneath can be spooned over fish or accompanying vegetables.
