Peanut Butter Choc Smoothie with Sophie Pearce

Makes approx. 500ml

Preparation time 3 minutes.

We used the Decor Smoothie Tumbler for serving and a blender


1/2 a Banana

1/2 an Avocado

1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter (+ extra to top)

1 tablespoon of Cacao

1 heaped tablespoon of Hemp seeds (+ extra to sprinkle on top)

2 Dates

2 tablespoons of frozen Blueberries

500ml Almond Milk (or preferred milk)


  1. Simply add ingredients into your blender
  2. Blitz
  3. Transfer into a Decor Smoothie Tumbler
  4. Top with a sprinkle of hemp seeds and a spoonful of peanut butter
  5. Enjoy!
