Pasta al Burro
Preparation time 5 minutes.
2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons cream
50 grams soft butter
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly cracked black pepper and salt to taste

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing the oil or cream with butter and mashing so the butter is very soft. When the pasta is cooked, drain well. Immediately put the oil or cream and butter mix over the pasta so it will melt. Stir well. Scatter the Parmesan cheese and add pepper and salt to taste. Keep mixing until the pasta is coated. Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
You can crush a clove of garlic and mix with mashed butter.
