 | Reheating | Before cooking or microwaving, it is essential to thaw frozen food fully. This is not only to avoid it being contaminated by bacteria but also to allow it to heat quickly and evenly. Take the next day's meal or meals from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Before placing a Baby Tellfresh® storer in the microwave, loosen the lid to allow steam to escape and microwave on high until warmed through.
Be very careful not to overheat the food. When you remove it, if it is hot, let it cool. Babies like food to be just warm or slightly above room temperature. Before offering it to baby, always stir the food gently and thoroughly so that the temperature is even throughout.
