 | Steamed Carrots | Serves 2.
Preparation time 5 minutes. Cooking time 6 to 8 minutes.
We used the Tellfresh® Microsafe® 1.6 litre oblong storer with steaming rack.
250 grams carrots
| Peel carrots and cut into thin slices. Put steaming rack in storer. Place the carrots on the rack. Pour ½ cup hot water over carrots. Put lid on storer with red vent open.
Microwave on high until tender (6 to 8 minutes). Remove from microwave. Let rest for 2 minutes. Serve.
