 | Large Dim Sims | Serves 2.
Preparation time 1 minute. Cooking time 10 minutes.
We used the Tellfresh® Microsafe® 1.5 litre round storer with steaming rack.
6 frozen large dim sims
| Put steaming rack in storer. Place the frozen dim sims on the rack. Pour ½ cup boiling water over the top of the dim sims.
Put lid on storer with red vent open. Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Remove from microwave. Let rest for 2 minutes. Serve.
