We've designed the Bright&Healthy™ lunchkit with its own fork (which you can use as a spoon too) so you can enjoy nutritious, delicious home-made lunches. For children and young people at school and anyone at work or on the go, being bright&healthy™ means feeling good and having the energy to live an active lifestyle.
Healthy eating is essential for good health. We all know the smart thing to do is avoid foods that are high in saturated fats, salt, sugar and starches. That doesn't mean you have to do without them altogether; it's easy to prepare lunches that are well balanced and contain ideal amounts of vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre — and taste great too.
A healthy diet also nourishes the brain. Research shows good nutrition can improve attention span and work capacity. Children can be given a variety of 'brain food' lunches that you can be confident they'll be keen to eat, which means they'll be less likely to crave other foods that may retard their healthy growth and development.
Preparing your own meals has many benefits, because you can choose ingredients that are nutritious and full of flavour, with fresh tastes for school or work. And it needn't be difficult or take up too much time.
